23.3 Operation Overview

3.1 Two Modes of Work Reporting:

Real-time Reporting: Employees click to start, pause/resume, and end their work, with the system automatically recording the corresponding timestamps for each action.
Post-Reporting: Employees manually enter their work hours, requiring them to keep track of the start and end times themselves.

3.2 Functions of Two Main Roles

M3 Director Role

View various reports, such as work order progress, sequence task progress, task lists, work reporting records, and shop floor dashboards.
Configure work reporting modes.
Set up work reporting authorizations from employees to work centers.
Adjust the start and end times for work orders/operations.
Modify the priority of work orders/operations.
Print production documents for work orders, typically including QR codes.
Report work on behalf of others.

M3 Worker

Perform work reporting operations.
View task lists and daily work reporting records.
In real-time reporting mode, can access work orders, drawings, processes, and other information from the workstation on a PC.
