23.2 Preconditions

To successfully use M3, the following items must be configured:

• Work order items have been setup.
• The parts corresponding to the work order items have defined work instructions.
• The sequences in the work instructions have specific work centers assigned.
• Work centers may be linked to defective products (optional).
• Employees are authorized to report work for specific work centers.
