2BizBox M3 is a client app based on 2BizBox ERP software. As a manufacturing execution system, 2BizBox M3 focuses on three main functions: production scheduling, time card management and work order scheduling. Work order scheduling function enables you to predict part shortage in production. While MRP can tell you whether materials are enough till a certain day, work order scheduling will predict whether the work order will be done in time. You can insert WO and PO in the scheduling work sheet to find a reasonable WO execution order.
A traditional time card and a brand new job time card are both provided in 2BizBox M3. Workers clock in and out when they start and finish jobs assigned in their work centers, and then the time details will be collected and received in the work order time details for labor and machine cost calculation.
Production scheduling allows you to distribute work orders precisely in a way that is which worker is working on which job in which minute. You are able to watch and adjust scheduling results in a graphic UI with easy operation.
The work order module manages tasks at a granular level, limited to the individual work order item. However, each work order item corresponds to a specific part, and each part has a process route that typically consists of a series of operations which are called sequences.
The new generation of production execution system, M3, takes it a step further by refining management down to the sequence level. Each sequence of every work order item is defined as a sequence task.
M3 manages each sequence task. Through work reporting management, M3 records every sequence task, including which workers are involved, how much time they spend, how many units are completed, and the number of defective products. This helps in tracking the detailed progress of sequence tasks and the performance of workers.
M3 allows managers to flexibly adjust the priority and start date of sequence tasks as needed, facilitating planning and scheduling. Workers can log into M3 via mobile devices to report their work.
On the PC side, in addition to work reporting, M3 provides a workstation. Workers logged into the workstation can easily access detailed information about work order items, work instruction guidelines, part details, drawings, and images. This supports paperless operations.
