21.1 Overview

VG is the abbreviation for Vendor Group. It is a web-branch of 2BizBox, to enable 2BizBox Users to enquire for quotes and send purchase orders to their vendors. It is not necessary to respond with 2BizBox; vendors only need to use the VG website to communicate with customers. Based on 2BizBox, the VG Box is an independent web-branch developed with the latest html5 technology, and is available to run on browsers such as IE9+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. With the VG Box, Vendors are able to provide more efficient services to customers.

Through VG Box, vendors can respond with the following listed information to customer using 2BizBox:

• Look up RFQ, send RFQ message
• Look up PO and send PO message
• Make proforma shipper
• Look up NCR
• Look up RTV
