20.1 Overview

DG Box is designed for 2BizBox User’s distributors to easily request for quotes and make orders by login an online web system. The biggest difference between DG and CG Box lies in two aspects: DG User must search to find the parts he needs, while CG User can browse parts; DG User can make both RFQ and SO while CG User can only make RFQ. 

The same as CG Box, DG Box User account need to be added in 2BizBox, and so do the saleable parts to the distributor. Both RFQ, Quote, SO, RRMA and RMA are synchronized in both DG web system and 2BizBox.
