19.12.1 My RRMA Need Approved

When a Customer RMA is added in the CG Box, the customer can click “My RRMA Need Approved” to view it. 

19.12.2 My Approved RRMA

Customer RMAs go to “My Approved RRMA” when the vendor approves the RRMA and creates an RMA in 2BizBox. It won’t show up if the RRMA is approved but an RMA is not created.
