The “RMA” function in the customer service box is the same as that in the Sales Box. You can refer to the chapter on “Sales Box” for further details. If your Customer Service Staff is also responsible for returned goods, they can utilize RMAs here conveniently. In addition, the DG Box of 2BizBox allows Customers to submit Requests for RMAs online. Combining all these functions will greatly improve your customer service capabilities.
