15.1 Overview

The Customer Service Box, as the name indicates, is used for service to clients, mainly involving customer-service incidents, customer feedback, and RMA. When there is something wrong with a product purchased by a customer, the customer-service incident interface can be used to record and keep track of the after-sale services. Customer feedback is used to collect information on after-sale service through mediums like a questionnaire. RMA, to customers, is like a goods-returned note. Combined with the CG box, customers can fill in goods-returned notes online. After they are approved, the corresponding notes can be established in 2BizBox, resulting in a simper and clearer return of goods.
