13.1 Accounting Overview

The Accounting Box of 2BizBox ERP provides both US and Chinese Accounting Methods. Either of the Accounting Methods can be adopted in after the software is installed. Though not recommended, you may shift between the two accounting methods if necessary. 

One of the most important components of the Accounting Box is the process of AP and AR. You can make AP, AP Prepay, AR, AR Prepay, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos in the Accounting Box, as well as by some short cuts in the related orders. In the General Ledger sub module, you can perform accounting activities and make accounting reports. The Inventory sub module is connected to the Accounting Box with more functions related to accounting management, such as revising inventory and cost and standard cost roll up. 

AR/AP

AR/AP: Make AR from Shippers and customers; make AP from Receivers and vendors.

AR/AP Prepay: Make AR Prepay from Sales Orders; make AP Prepay from Purchase Orders.

AR/AP Cashier: Make single and batch payment for AR and AP transfer in and out by check, wire transfer, etc. and enable application of the AR/AP Prepayment. 

Credit/Debit Memo: Make a Credit Memo from an RMA Receiver; make a Debit Memo from an RTV Shipper.

PA: Allows the user to create AP Accrual after the AP Accrue function is enabled.  

GL

Manually add GLs that are not automatically generated in the operation, such as DWO Receiving GL, NCR Scrap GL, Physical Inventory Variance, Overcarrying Material Price Variance, etc.

Search and make accounting reports and back up the report documents. Chart of Account settings and other accounting settings.

Inventory and Asset

Extra functions closely related to accounting management.

Fixed Asset management, such as add, depreciate and scrap fixed assets. 

Budget

Analyze cash flow.

Make a fiscal year budget. 

Make a budget report.
