12.1 Overview

For Serva Software LLC or other manufacturing enterprises, Product Quality is at the core of the business. The Quality Management module of 2BizBox covers a complete set of quality management tasks, such as quality certificates, quality inspection, and quality control. 

Serial #: Assign a Serial Number to one or a batch of products for future tracking when quality issues occur.

Certificate: Certificate that purchased raw materials meet the requirements of ISO Standards.  

Tracking: Record a tracking number every time a part comes in and out of the warehouse.

Quality Documents: Edit, upload and download quality documents. 

PAR: Set up preventive actions to prevent potential quality problems from occurring.

CAR: Set up calibration actions to analyze quality problems and propose solutions to prevent reoccurrence. 

Inspection Report: Record the inspection results of incoming parts. 

NCR: Keep strict records of nonconforming products and use the NC Code to make cause analysis.

Vendor Quality Control: Independent Vendor Level Evaluation and Vendor Quality Document Management.

 Reports: Support miscellaneous reports printing in XLS/PDF.
