The Engineering Module is intended to provide unified management for a company's products, design, engineering, etc. It helps to create parts, products, drawings, bill of materials, establish projects, and provide supervision to meet the needs of various other modules in the system. The Engineering Module is divided into four sub-modules: parts management, bill of materials management, drawing management and project management.

Features of Part Management include:
A part number can be up to 20 numbers and/or letters.
Identify unfinished parts or uncertain design to prevent production waste.
Project description, mainly used by the engineering staff, can be as long as 255 English characters (127 Chinese characters).
Multi-language support: the system supports Chinese, English, and other languages in parts description to adapt to the needs of globalization.
Record parts supplier and manufacturer information in detail.
The system provides a picture upload function—you may upload pictures corresponding to each part.
You can set tracking requirements for part and make quality specifications for parts in the engineering process. The system allows you to record part material information.
This is a multi-level function; any BOM can have any multi-level item part.
Part drawings are stored in the system in the form of part number.
Special compression processing makes a lot of drawing files occupy a relatively small storage space. Because of powerful search capabilities, engineers can get their needed drawings easily.
The system has detailed records for using drawings to ensure the safety of the drawings.
The Engineering Management Module allows for strict control of engineering changes.
It controls all version changes.
Relevant departments will be notified of altered information to ensure that modifications are fully implemented. In the module, you can change requests and audit verifications online.
The Reports feature allows the printing of various reports based on your permission.
Reports can be downloaded to your computer, and it is easy to convert them to spreadsheets and other formats.
